Could you send me an ish fueling map for the 330cc to replace my 220s Chris ?

highlight the entire fuel map, right click and reduce by 33% - it'll not be perfect but will be in the right ballpark, erring towards slightly rich (you could use 30-32% if you're worried)

Yes ,thanks .I've done that Martin .Reduced by 33% ....
I'll warm the car up first then change the map I think .Was just wondering what effect this duration 'error ' will have on it .

Otherwise for new you can usually find Bosch or Siemens injectors for £60 or so each.

Owch - I guess the 337's and run a higher fuel pressure is a good choice then...! 337's from Renault are around £35 a pop new, and I need a pressure reg anyway.

I'm not quite sure what Chris means but think he means setting the timing beyond 19ms at any place on the map has no additional effect on fuelling at that point.

Divide 6000rpm by 60 means 100 revs/second - each rev takes 10ms therefore, and because the Adapt fires once every 2 revs, it follows that setting the timing to anything beyond 20ms @ 6000rpm is pointless. I've got values close to and beyond 10ms for the 440's at a bar from 3000rpm upwards.

Of course at 3000rpm, you have a 40ms "window" to play with. *In theory*.

Is this what you mean, Chris?

Unfortuinately Andy and Cory from Adaptronic are no longer active on the forum so getting answers has got a lot harder of late. In the past when I've found a bug or short comming they have been able to update the firmware and/or software for me, that doesn't look like it will happen anymore.

Lee I can do a map but it might need adjusting, you can't always shift by the same percentage. It should be close enough to get you started and moving though. Don't give it any load without being able to see AFR. I'll send you a map shortly :)

Hang on, do you need me to do you a map lee or not ? I've just started.

You need to alter everything by 33%, not just the fuel map. Cranking fuel will need reducing as will the async pump values.

They all go to two big clumps in the std loom .6 from each injector to one larger wire and the other 6 poles to another wire .

The original setup was in two sets of three to two seperate drivers, but batch fired.

3 times I've used a Renault MAT sensor and 3 times I've had to recalibrate for the specific sensor. They aren't quality sensors! I suggest investing in a thermometer and a mug of hot water...

Forgot about the cranking fuel etc  sorry...
