Wiper Sizes

Postby jon_viola » Fri Mar 27, 2009 11:33 pm

Mine are smearing like mad, could anyone tell me the correct lengths? Is there any kind of offset or are the mounts in the middle.

Cheers

I seem to recall Mr Dell saying that one option is to buy a set of 610 arms for your GTA, then standard blades fit. I fitted a pair of Bosch spoilers to mine with no problems.

GTA arms will only take a small % of blades due to the unusual clip fitment.

A610 arms will take all standard blades.

I have new & SH A610 arms in stock. All very cheap.

A610 New wiper arms £55 non member £50 member (pair)

Genuine Renault Parts

A610 S/H wiper arms £35 non member £30 member (pair)

(GTA arms are a bargain £232.99 from Renault at the moment)

I got the wheel centre off today but it really is a bit knackered with screwdriver marks around the edge. Let me know if you want it. I was hoping Michael would chuck it in for free with the other stuff I bought but he wouldn't so I left it behind. I'm back there again tomorrow though. I guess he'll want £5.

If the centre cap will be OK with a lick of paint and there isn't chunks out of it I'll take it. When my blades need replacing I'll have a pair of 2nd hand 610 arms if you still have them.

It needs more than a lick of paint but could be rescued.

It's yours free of charge thanks to Mr Dini who bought some other parts and got it thrown in.
