I hope its not the head gasket as the engine has been completely rebuilt, went through the circuit and can confirm that the two relays "263 & 483"that operate the fans are switching correctly,totaly in the wrong position
that the diagrams say, looking at the relay "110" it is not connected unless someone knows otherwise. need to now put a 12v feed direct from the battery to the fans, looking underneath it looks like possibly a bad connection.
The bleeding is complete and no water being lost or added, once fans working will take out and test further
