Ive worked with a 25 Turbo from Essex with NOS. The only problems it had was that, because the turbo and exhaust manifold were very restrictive they started to glow very quickly. Had to use a smaller plug gap values as the boost under load was blowing out the spark causing a high speed misfire. The fuel pump did slightly dip in pressure as the fuel solenoid was activated going slightly lean for a second, mainly in third and forth but it was a 25 which is a one fuel pump vehicle rather than the GTA which has two. Also the 25 was a single fuel reg model, which was easier to get the fuel pressure feed than the twin regs on the later GTA's. Power wise it made about 50 bhp extra on 75hp kit. Again the exhaust side was two restrictive..everything being relative theres no point putting it in if it cant get it. Tried it with 25 and GTA ECU. GTA ECU did make slightly more power, but the 25 ECU was smoother and torquier low down. The 25 ECU is mapped with more low down ignition advance which is where the nitrous power is mainly focussed at.Fuel solenoid was machined into the throttle body, parrallel to the air intake temp probe, to give extra richness on load.
