The handling was terrible, even for a big French brage. But by 'eck they were comfortable. I have fond memories of our R25's.

PAUL SAGE'S RENAULT 25 V6 TURBO

Postby sagep8 » Mon Feb 22, 2010 1:03 pm

Hi Renault 25V6 Non member
Sorry coming back to you so late. Dad died last week so been a bit hectic.
My Renault 25 V6 Turbo silver has not been scrapped and is now on a SORN.
Liner seal started to weep water into oil so have decided to re build engine unfortunately it had only done 86,000.
Specifications are fully loaded as usual plus air con by Renault and all works well and will be installing stainless steel exhaust system that will be manufactured.
My new tow car is a Renault Avantime V6 manual 6 speed gear box which is rubbish as we are waiting for parts to re build apparently this is very common I should have bought an auto but thats life.
P.S. Anybody out there got a spare gear box

regards
