A610's For Sale

Postby BIG_MVS » Sat Feb 20, 2010 1:47 pm

I'm sure there are a couple of people after an A610 (and you probably know about these, just in case though):

2 Currently on Ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1992-RENAULT-ALPI ... 4146fd8df0

There is also the Northern Ireland (Red 1992) car still available I believe for around £6k.

Turbodog has also told me that the ex press yellow A610 (K*** NBK?) is going to be for sale very shortly, not sure about price though.

Good work martin think I have sorted one now but you never know, the blue one is nice but not feeling the cream interior or the big price but it does look very good condition and sounds like it has been well loved. The other blue car has been for sale for years he wants way too nuch for that!

Once again I'm looking for an A610. I drove past a Renault dealer in Cannock last night and saw one in the showroom but they said it wasn't for sale. Does anyone know who it belongs to and if they could be tempted to part with it. Its reg is H15 REN. Otherwise are there any sensible mileage cars available?
Thanks for your help guys

If you like A610's so much why do they appear on your forecourt just after you have bought one? Keep hold of the next one!

I don't think the Cannock one is for sale as the owner of the dealership has had it from new and only covered 2,000 miles

There is another in Lancashire, Blue 94 "M" with 100k miles and Leather. He is looking for £9k.

i was a fool to sell my 60,000 mile Montana red car. I dont really want a 100k example but i don't suppose there are many left with low mileage. Its a shame as that Cannock car looks fantastic

The one with the pimped interior was this infamous 'Exmouth' car. The yellow pipes seats described in the thread now reside in a blue GTA.

The Irish blue car was the 'swedish police car', which when I last looked had a bad interior leak...

The red Irish car is headed for my garage!

You'll be lucky! Apart from the engine cutting out problem, L6 TEN looked a very nice car for the mileage. Even the better 610's seem to be getting towards 100k miles now. Other than the Cannock car, N1 AAA seems to be the nicest example out there which has just 35k miles but you wouldn't get that one for less than £15k even if he wanted to sell. K303 NBK has been mentioned above as coming up for sale soon, a very nice car but another one with 90k miles. I suppose you have to look at it that a 100k mile car has still only averaged 5-6000 miles a year. Not exactly stressed!

High mileage has never bothered me when buying cars, surely condition and service history is key?

That said my 610 is the lowest mileage car I have ever had (57,000), if it had 150k miles on it I would have still bought it as it was the nicest one I had viewed when looking.

Good luck with the search, with only 20 or so supposedly "road worthy" I think you will need quite a lot of luck!
