C Clip Bolt Thingy's Wanted

Hope you know which ones I mean, the ones where they clip into the bodywork which you then screw into.

I need 19 for the front lower spoiler on the A610, oh and 19 new screws. The fitting kit is unavailable from renault, anyone got any or know where to but brand new?

Is it for self tapping screws or set screws?
