Remote oil filter pipes needed

Postby clee » Mon Apr 19, 2010 9:30 am

From a GTA or a 25T .
Not much room left near the filter on the new lump so this would work just great .I have all the other bits but like a dipshit threw some of these in the skip a while back .....

Hi Lee, I have a brand new bolt-on single piece casting from a Safrane, which hangs the oil filter down at the bottom right - pretty sure it'll do what you're after, but you'll need to remove the threaded pipe that the oil filter would normally mount to as it's held in with a mahoosive banjo bolt.

Hmmmm thanks ,but I don't want to risk fecking up the block trying to get the spin-on adapter out .It's all built up .I'm just making up bits of plumbing and seeing what room I have where .

Lee, I have one may be two of those assemblies including the hoses, will dig them out. Will need a good clean out though.

Cheers,
Martin
