Thank goodness i was getting withdrawl symptoms.....

I did some homework while the site was down using some of my IT tools.
The website is hosted in Houston Texas, and the domain for the website had lots of DNS issues which explain why the site would not resolve for a while.
If you went to the IP of the website it was viewable....

argh, thought it was only me hat has been "forbidden"

Hosting issue, nothing I could do about it from this end.

I have re-tested both your domains, and emailed you all the info.
Still some DNS issues that need sorting, but better now.

PS: Any reason for hosting the site in Houston TX ?.
220ms Route Ping is quite slow. If it was in the UK the ping would be around 70ms or less.

Thanks for that. Info received safely.

Site is with Netpivotal and I guess they physically host it where is most cost effective for them.

Downtime was really bad though, worst I've ever experienced.

Their explanation was that they had a spamming issue on one of their servers and took everything down until it was resolved.

There is alot to be said for UK2.NET.

They have the largest datacenter in the UK, with the highest amount of redundancy.
Our company website has been with them for 10.5 years now, and its never been down once..

Quite cheap too....
