Well, back home again after another successful club event. We both enjoyed it right from meeting members staying at the Talardy on the Friday evening and enjoying a meal that Andrew organised for us, then a chat in the bar back at the hotel after.
Andrew is really a star at organising this event and our thanks must go to him for all his work and to Christine for all the typing of the route maps/instructions. All very professional.....So a big thankyou to you both.
The bad weather held off for the Tour, which was a bonus considering what the forcast was suggesting, and I am sure, like myself, it was a most enjoyable weekend for everyone :D
Also we were pleased to meet our newest and youngest member.....funny how she got her logoed baby grow before I got my logoed t-shirt.....I had to wait two years for mine
Nice to see Richerd and his good lady over from the other side of the Irish sea......pity he could not have cleaned his car though  and nice to meet up with old friends and meet some new ones.
All in all, I could not have wished for better event to come over for.....so...heres looking foward to next year.....over to you Andrew....Thanks once again :D

LOL John, you should have seen it 750 miles ago! MInt!

Still not cleaned and very much in daily use.

Bath time at the weekend, all wheels off to be cleaned inside and out and also clean all inner wheel arches.

Wax the body and tuck it up under it's cover again.

not so much of a rush....... as they are plastic bodied cars and less prone to rusting.

CLEARLY there are some drivers who like blasting up a hill,
SO why not do a bit of competative driving up a hill and see what sorts of cars you really can beat.

It is so safe, there are marshalls at every corner, an ambulance (just in case) and it's a great day out with like-minded petrol heads. Now compare the safety aspects to your adreneline weekend in Wales/Macon.

LOL I've seen both side of the coin and the side of it!!

Done more sprints, track days, hillclimbs and hooning around in loads of different cars very luckily!

Macon was just something completely out of this world! We will be doing it again next year if it runs, if not I am so happy to have experienced it just once.

Wales private road was a total rush, no marshals, ambulance etc etc.... again once in a life time experience.

I love hillclimbs but they are to organised! LOL

Still this year we had a better class of pusher.
And the team mechanics looked good in there RAOC outfits.
Here is a few more to finish off.
