At over £600 for the barrel I'd need I just can't afford it Steve .All reports are that they work extremely well I know .Not seen any figures from the GTA applications though and we all know the extra issues involved there .

Yep ,12th November . All booked and I'm probably coming up on Thurs so I don't have to early a start .
It's £10 for passengers and you'll need a lid ,I've got a spare medium ?
I've bolted the seats direct to the floor .....it's set at my sort of height but you'll get your dangles in .Might weld a 1/2" plate to the underside though :P

Tarty bits ....
Oil temp, mechanical pressure and space for AFR .
toggles for CC pump and fans ,chargetemp readout and repositioned window switches .
Space at the bottom for a push start and kill switch innit .
Have taken the oil pressure feed from the original port on the block but put the warning light on the remote filter unit that then feeds the oil cooler system .There is also a port on it for oil pressure so I can wire that up as well and power up the original pressure gauge .It might be too much info though

Nice one Lee :D

Is that a standard item on the end of your alternator, or something special to shield the heat?

I think he means the small metal heat shield which is also standard.

Funnily enough the alternators I buy from Renault (25 turbo) have started coming with the metal shield as well - they used to just have theplastic molding - maybe that's what you have.
