It wasn't that many months ago the chap was actually trying to sell the engine, and obviously didn't. It has John Lane pistons and rods, and hence the potential power figure :wink:
... A diamond is only a piece of coal that did well under pressure... PRV afflicted, may be I need to squeeze harder!!!!

Having a few goes at timing the run came out around 12.65 secs. Fairly quick but not near 500Hp at the time of the run, given the weight of the A310. Nice machine though.

Gearbox sounds like it could do with a dose of Redline Lightweight Shockproof oil, given what sounds to be big grinds between gears.
