Alpine Dieppe contact ?

Can anyone help me to find a contact in Dieppe?? I may need a years-model certificate for my car. The MR says -88 and in my import-paper, tells -90. -88 have lower emission requirements. If the car is designed for -88 exhaust emission standards, it will be tuff to meet the 1990 requirements. The Renault Nordic can not help me....
