Thanks again Stephen and all the other club organisers..... another Alpine year passes as another year to remember.
I'm still a bit puzzled about how I won the Xmas party photo competion last year and managed to be first (announced) again this year.

With 1 point for Qs 6, 9 & 11,plus half for 1 & 8, I am amazed to have scored only 3 in total.
Is this how concours competitions are won?
I would have been better just guessing! Renault for every one and I would have got about 5 and a half.
Anyhow..... Good fun and thanks Miles. (Maybe you can post the competition flyer?)

At last the main bit is over and the big red man has been and done his stuff. The snow has turned to rain and its time to get out in the garage and do a few little jobs.

Have a complaint myself though, not about the competition but about the goodie bag. I was pleased to see a Penzoil bucket protector in there as I have always felt the need to protect my trusty bucket (and we are big Kevin Harvick fans in our houshold). How dissapointing then to open the box and find seat covers in there instead.
I guess these are designed for Americans (and the Dell household) who will of course always have a macdonalds super size meal on the passenger seat while driving, unfortunatly, I do not feel the need to protect my passenger seat in this way so am open to offers of what I should do with my bucket protectors!

Yes,good idea ...at the very least outside the M25 ....I'm sure more members would be up for an overnight stay in a country hotel and make it a bit more of a knees up .
The club could subsidise this to some extent ( just up the WSR GALA rate for non-members )

I would be up for this also!
