GTA CV Boot

I need a CV boot for the rear, on the wheel side.

Where is the best place to find one of those? Anybody knows the part nmber?

Think no longer available .You will be OK with a universal stretch over one ,they just don't tend to last that long .

Alpine Affaire in Melbourne Australia has them. I have fitted them to my car but are not such an easy fit. Nothing wrong with the boots, just the original Renault design. Can't remember the price, maybe $35 each boot.

split is quite small for now but with prescott coming i wouldnt like to get problems on the day if possible so trying to solve a few things before then...

i will have a look if your approach works for the short term though :lol:

for repairs to rubber boots try aquasure - a silicon repair compound for fishermens waders - much stronger long term than superglue - everything must be degreased and dry and takes 24 hours to cure . use selotape as a temporary mold and can even fill holes!- available from most good fishing tackle shops.
