Has anyone seen this car, know the chassis number / previous reg or is it a red herring?

Red herring, it was a grey L reg 610 used in car mags for road tests. They must have super imposed the reg over the proper one.

I'm guilty of this one. It was the grey car L309 RRV from the Top Gear Magazine road test.
