Where is this car situated?

A village in south west Wales, apparently. Was supposed to be there "recently" (as of August 2011). This is parked ahead of it:

An Australian friend and Alpine owner saw this car whilst in Wales about 6 weeks ago, and found the owner, to be turned away as it was definately not for sale. Maybe at 10000 Pounds it was for sale, but not at any sensible figure.
