Anyone that attended Zolder should receive an original in the post

We are hoping to make this a two day event with at least one overnight stay.

There is also a Gala evening planned for Saturday 9th.

It looks like we can pay on-site this time so will just need to complete the form(s). I will check whether they can go together or individually.

50 mins Dover/Boulogne
but there is no availability on the Saturday morning - so a Friday depart and the last Sunday crossing is 9pm (but you could do it from GBP68). If you want to make a long weekend of it Friday-Monday then speedferries are cheap option. (but there are fewer crossings)

If you want to go early Saturday, return Sunday then Eurotunnel at GBP123 for a short stay saver is the sensible option as we can leave early and return late.

Is the early Saturday (not the 3.03 :cry:

) / late sunday what you've got in mind ??

p.s. Suppose we need to consider how long it will take us to get out of Le Mans on the Sunday (you posted a report that it took hours to get out of Zolder on the Sunday - would think Le Mans is more used to big crowds?)

Dont you believe it, it takes hours to get out of the 24 hours... but if you are heading for Paris then on to Bolougne then the motorway is right by the track.
They are hoping for 1000 Renaults which is still a lot less than tip up for the 24 hours so it shouldn't be too bad... but it is a 300 mile drive to the ferry....

As I'll have a passenger and it's another 2/3 hours to get home for us I was thinking of staying Sunday as well .Will try and push my luck and get down south Friday .Would like to make it as relaxed as possible ,for future escapes :wink:

Good planning clee.

I hope your lady loves your GTA as much as you, sounds like you will be doing quite a trip. Maybe you need a proper rest from all those kids?
All I get is "its a bit bumpy" or "you wern't doing 100 were you?" and thats it. I'll see if my good lady is up for a weekend away "en france", she'll just hate all those cars though, we'll see.......

I doubt whether she'll even notice the car thingy's.The chance to get away from the DARLINGS ,after 5 YEARS ,to FRANCE no less. blahblahblahblahblaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
No, she needs a break as much as I do.Tho it'll be a logistical nightmare.
