There will most likely be a winter newsletter and Tony will probably have the bones of something by Jan / Feb.

One of the umbrella advantages for the Germans is a paid for professionally printed newsletter / yearbook.

Nothing changes with an umbrella just someone else pays to send out the WSR forms and hopefully tickets get there more than a few days before, if it happens which it may not. More details after Monday.

no need for printed paper newsletter etc...... waste of club money keep it electronic and accesible to members only if someone wants to print off their own personal copy then they have the choice to do so.

same with the valuable knowledge base and parts info

there's no wsr next year :?

Hi, I've been busy the last week or so and only looked on here today, soI missed the scramble. Am I to understand that RCCC and RAOC are going under the ROC as 'registers' then?

No, not at all.

Renault Classic want a loose federation of all Renault Clubs. Everyone keeps on doing their own thing except for a few times a year like WSR etc.

Like DARC in germany, that's a good idea.
But isn't DARC supported (semi-funded) by renault (or their dealer network)?

PS Jeff is an A1 guy.

Yes exactly like DARC. It is the DARC model that has been proposed by Renault Classic as the suggested template. Each country us supposed to adapt it to fit their requirements. And yes there would need to be some funding from Renault in each country just like the German Model.
