now the windscreen has been badly smashed in with a large rock and the bonnet has been damaged. :x

this is an outrage, the guy still will not sell???? :x

this is one of 60 something RHD A610's going to total waste. :x

water also getting into it as it has a poorly fitted plastic sheet over it :x .

i suspect roof damage as the screen has been heavly forced in, not just broken!!! :x

Start saying things to him like
'I hear there's a guy Finland who'll make you a new screen for that, and he's quite cheap. You'll probably get change out of 3 grand! and he may even deliver'

Or

'There's rumours they'll remanufacture thoses...insert item... Although It'll probably be LHD only as there's not enough call for RHD ones'

worse news on the A610, the door and quarter panel glass is now smashed..........

water is now free to enter the car as it has no protection.

just to recap, this car was driven into the drive in rude health 7 years ago and is now quickly going back to earth.

the owner has another GTA that he sent away to have repairs, now that car has also been sitting in a yard for two years.

i predict a fire next.

total waste of a fantastic car.

A610 found

Postby jack kingston » Mon Nov 21, 2005 10:43 pm

My dad had a Borgward Isabella Coupe that I learned to drive in. He sold it when I was 17.I spent nearly 20 years trying to buy it back from the guy who bought it. He still has it - in a field with grass growing up thru it. Some people should NEVER be sold a good car- they simply dont deserve them, just like A610 man.
I bought my red GTA V6 atmo from Pat Fitz in Dublin in October 05. I love the car except the standard wheels and would like more power! Now that I have discovered these cars I would like to trade up to an A610 eventually!
