And seems completely unmoved by all the members saying exactly the same thing time and time again. It really can be like pulling teeth sometimes. Only gets away with it cos he's such a nice fella, and he's got all the parts :-)

Pretty sure I sent the prices:

From: Renault Alpine
Sent: Friday, April 27, 2012 1:57 AM
To: Mark Trotter : DDept
Subject: Re: headlamp

Hi Mark

New ones are £100 each members. £120 each non members.

Regards
Stephen

Heard nothing back until 9th May 3:36pm but I hadn't replied by 10th May 11.39am the next day and that was already too slow. Apologies.

Send £120 + £15 P&P Paypal and we can get one to you by Monday or Saturday if you get a weekend delivery.

And yes I have the back plates and glass covers and plastic covers.

OMG! - it lives !! :)

There were a couple of other emails in between but hey ho - I have your attention :)
Prices on the other bits please - [suggestion - it would vastly speed up comms if you quoted prices at the same time as confirming availability]

Is the paypal account in the name of Stephen Dell or Renault Alpine Owners club or an.other?

Glass are interstellar now, plastic without lines £150 pair members £180
pair non-members + shipping.

Back plates only s/h. Price condition dependent. From around £35.

If you need something quickly call or text. I don't read every post on the forum. I only read this one because I got a call from the Chairman telling me there was a complaint.

Emails can get missed, I got 180 emails yesterday and that wasn't including the SPAM so it can take me a while to read them all!

Call is best option I've found .
To be fair of late my bits have turned up in reasonable time without too much chasing .
Still , you are only as good as your last feck-up in my experience

Back plates not available new.

Still don't know who to pay via Paypal

Oh yer and any1 know what socket, allen, hex or otherwise type and size is needed to get the plastic bit out that holds the headlamps in place and the glass?
I managed to get the broken glass out without removing said piece but I ain't gonna get a new piece in????
I've read the manual about the balloon "da da da" to fit the glass but can't work out how a glass goes in without removing this plastic piece?
1 love - I might be on the road in a fortnight if this keeps up!! :D
