Got these back today. Ebay trader - just £11 for 4. Can do any colour combo you want. If anyone wants some let me know and I'll give you the details.

I asked Mr D if he could get some stickon centres to fit team dynamics centre caps .... nothing came of it though just the standard diamond logo would do
