He does appear to do very nice work.
Didn't read it all as Fjords make me feel sleepy (and some other dwarves), but does he mention prices?

Doesn't Clee do Flocking?
I'm sure I've heard him referred to as that flocking Clee!

Those steering wheels do look very good. Would he touch a "Renault" one?

Gents,
Will let you know how good he gets on with my spare Alpine wheel.
Sent to him last week for restoration.
Hopefully back in a month or so.
Will post pics then.

If it hasn't arrived back yet it may be worth reading this... ( I believe this is who you sent it to - apoligies if it weren't :) )

Interesting you should ask that. :)
I should get it in the post this week and cant wait to see it.
I did worry a bit as he went rather quiet for a while but there were also problems with the wheel that needed sorting. The rubber had come away from the metal and it needed to be re-attached (he was told about it before he took the job but it took him longer to sort it than I expected).
So saying all that I will wait until I see the quality of the work before condemning him.

Watch this space. I'll post some pics at the weekend if it has arrived.

StephenB

Phildini,
No I have not yet received the wheel too date. Been incredibly busy so not had that much time to chase it up.
Very pi**ed off by the whole episode but will plug on. Probably need to rock up to his door and discuss it with him but that means a trip across the Irish sea and am reluctant at the moment.
