?? not been able to log in to a few days.. just wondered if the second batch of pipes have arrived?

No not yet .Should be in the next week or so .First lot arrived last week and two sets installed .I will not be installing the other two for a few weeks yet ,Tony's in paint and Teglen's waiting on others to get out the way so if you are in need then I suppose you could have a set here ??

Second batch have arrived but a problem has come to light in the last few days ....I think I have it solved but need to test .....

When the pipes are clamped in the engine bay one of them moves/twists .It all sits correctly until I fix this last bracket and because it was all in I didn't see what happened until I tried to select reverse .....It will not go in easily .
The pipe had moved and fouls gear selector rod/gator .I have to modify a mount bracket on the pipe to stop it moving .This bracket is too long compared to OE and allows movement which fouls on the rod .
I have spoken to Andreas at Simon .All the cars these have been installed in are LHD ....this movement is not an issue as the rod enters at a different angle and does not foul so he was unaware of problem .At least that's what I think is happening .

Yeh, think so but I'm flagging ..... In out in out :( :( I'll look at what I can do to secure the pipe where it runs past the rod .Belt and braces if poss .
At least they all come back out easily :lol: :lol:

I'm getting wear and tear on my subframe :( It will be a loose a a hookers fufu.

(can I say that here? If not I apologise)

I'll go over them all and check for chips .Is still nice though ??All new fixings so no worries about chunnel chufffs
