Hoorah, it's back on the drive. A good drive back from Clee with no issues. Suspension is set a little hard for my liking on the road but feels as though it will be so much better on track if I take. Amy be riding a little low too but all are my own preference and will get a geo setup soon.
Thanks to Clee for sorting it out and Paul for providing the suspension.

Looks a similar height to mine (according to the pics from Lee) I think they need the rear wheels moving out a bit with a spacer when lowered. The front looks great the rear I am not so sure.

Spacer may not work though

Looks very low though, I'm not too keen but that's the old fart within me :lol:

old fart and a Longdrop for you innit .

Could do with coming up a tad .The rears are almost as high as they will go with all the adjustment lower but the fronts can go a hell of a lot higher ...Case of setting the rear max and the front min :wink:

It does like like the rear needs to go up a bit IMO

Raised the rear a little to even it up with the front but still not really to my taste as its low all round. Eased off the shocks a little and now have them set at 15 clicks from soft which is better. Seemed ok yesterday in the dry but today in the rain it wanted to kill me. So much so that I drove straight to Wheels In Motion and luckily they were quiet enough to do the geo there and then. Best money you can spend on a car without doubt. Now it's much more confident but mechanical grip isn't high so suspect the tyres aren't as good as they could be. Also need to trace a rattle/knock from the rear. I think it's the caliper as the second I touch the brake pedal it disappears. Great economy though as it did 40mpg on the way home which was 95% 70mph motorway.

Hi Trevor,

What geometry settings were they able to do for you? Did you get the rear camber back to std, or was it not too bad after lifting the body back up? JonV's has well negative camber at the rear from being lowered to being an ironing board, and with lower wishbone near horizontal you don't get the negative camber gain during cornering load. Were your guys able to sort this out, as Jon's needs the same?

As far as I know (and this was in old David Gentlemen threads too) there is no camber adjustment on the rear, you can only adjust toe in via the shims. Its why lowering GTA's isn't (always/ever) beneficial to handling, the rear angles go out (as you've discovered).
David was investigating adjustable top wishbones to do this, but it never came to anything. Looks like it wouldn't be too hard to create some adjustment by slotting and adding a plate to act as a pivot.
