Venturi Section Yea or nea

Postby stephendell » Fri Nov 23, 2012 7:12 pm

It has been suggested that we add a Venturi section on a trial basis along with the newly added off topic section.

Does anyone have a problem with this or strong feelings either way. Please vote and discuss below.

No problem with that at all, "Chat about Venturi, Delorean & Kitcars" would cover all non Alpine stuff which makes sense to me.

Yep I am for it too! We all know that most manufactures use parts that cover many other cars, so any help in keeping an Alpine on the road, with reference to other makes that use similar parts, must be a plus..

I also voted yes. Owners of low volume cars need support and the cars have plenty in common.

ps. I am a memeber now. Mr Dell please can you upgrade my profile and forum access :)

think you should change the voting question considering all my "club" cars are mid mounted and I have never had a rear mount in my garage (go on, inuendo jokes below....)
never thought I would want a list but now find myself needing one just to remind me: Clio V6 230, 5 gt turbo, 5 Gordini turbo, Megane RS 300 Trophy.

Point taken. They are both RMR transverse as presumably the centre of mass of the engine is in front of the rear wheels.
