Did I hear correct you have uprated your fronts ? Any good ? what did you use etc ?
Tarox list for A610 + Axel ,suspect same calipers ??

I could go down the custom route but this will take time + R&D to get them to work right .Still not sure on JIL's setup till we get it rolling again ......

Also Mr Dell !! What's the score on these being adapted to 610 ?Would your man do and would I get them this decade :lol:

Check your facebook. Hi-spec 4 pot calipers, 310mm rotors, all R&D done at work.

And yes, they are a big improvement.

I always wondered if the numerous amount of Brembos you find on the Flea will fit the 610's...... I would like to replace front calipers with something a bit different but I already have a set of new discs for the 610, don't really fancy upgrading the whole lot.

Couldn't go any bigger due to the wheels. Using Hawk pads which are very effective, no brake dust and really cheap to replace (EBC greens on before which were expensive and not much good).

Is there space for a multi cylinder calipers under the standard wheels without a disc change? The brakes are fine for normal road use, but when speeds get above legal levels you can find it lacking in stopping power, in Germany of course.
I have never had fade, so I think the size and cooling of the disc is ok, but larger pads and piston area would go down well, mind you I don't do track days.

Yes I've had them on mine for about 4 years now. Tried and tested at Bruntingthorpe, several circuits and the rollers.

Hi Spec Billet 4 Caliper same as Mr Folly.
Brackets, rotors and bells all made by Hi Spec also.
All parts available painted or anodised in various colours.
I prefer polished bells and brackets but they require more upkeep.

Rotor 300 x 24mm Standard size so you can even keep the standard rotors too if you are on a budget.

It's the caliper that makes the most difference so this would be ideal for you.

Or you can have the 2 piece disks with the standard calipers. It's all interchangeable so you can buy whichever parts you like first as and when you need them or have the money.

They would be even better with out those Sh1t pads in there, get some ferodo ds2500's they are a grate all rounder.

Using stock calipers/discs, I started with EBC reds (I didn't imagine greens would be up to the job), and they worked really well at first, but would quickly fade.

I'm now using yellows and they are actually very good, although I'm not sure yet how long they'll last (or my discs!). They are also quite tricky to use in the current cold weather until they warm up.

These look great, no money in the MVS tin for an upgrade I'm afraid so I'll stick with OE.

The green DP108 pad is just my test fit up pad.

Red is the minimum recommendation for an A610.

DS2500 is a good track day / light race pad. Bite from cold is a bit poor though.

Blue NDX is widely considered to be as good as if not better than DS2500 and lots of the scooby boys have changed to it as bite from cold is better than DS2500.

Orange is meant to be amazing but not street legal.

Also consider Mintex 1144 which are much cheaper than all the above.

All personal preference really depending on what you use the car for and what you want to spend.
