I had driven nearly all the way to Grimsby from Cheltenham this morning in the snow before the northern wusses in Halifax told me that they couldn’t make it to the Grimsby meeting. And the bigger wusses from Manchester didn't even set out.

I though you northerners were supposed to be tough :wink:




Actually it does look like a lot of snow

the problem where i live is its 1100 feet up on the top of the pennines, near the highest village in england served by a council who have been rubbish for years at treating roads. but it only takes 1 inch of snow and the whole area just gridlocks. steep hills everywhere you go dose not help either bet you were in your A6 quattro.

I might have been in the quattro :D It does have nice wide summer ski's/tyres fitted though.

I was teasing, the snow was pretty heavy, My PR girly in her 6 series BMW gave up at Halifax and had a 4 hour drive back to Manchester :
