I've not even done it yet!

I took the ECU chip out from mine today to send off to Mr Faulks. He's kindly going to flash me a new version same as Teglen's, then I'll install the new injectors (which should get to me tomorrow or Tues I hope). That should get me back to a good level on CO, and I can then get it re-MOT'd.

Fingers crossed that should be quick and then I'll enter.

Typical at the moment as I just don't seem to have any time. There's been lots of paperwork to do at the mo as you can imagine.... probate, solicitors, life insurance, pensions the list goes on.
I'm just here for the gasoline.

No not that day, but on May 4th it would have been, once in the morning in convey of 8 Ferrari, I was hooked in behind a rasping 456.

and again in the afternoon creating a gap between me with a new skyline GTR and he wimped out rather quick.

Had a great day lots of old and exotic stuff...Ferraris, Pre war Bentleys, Aston, Jensens, lots of E-Types and a many more, including a competition ready DAF (Simon are they competitive,no gear changes?) but only one Alp for reasons that Darren has already explained...(so someone brought an M3...).
Breakfast, a nice navigation exercise, a route quiz, Wadhurst CAstle, Bentley Wildlife park and motor museum and then back for Pimms, cakes and Strawberries- oh and Sir John Whitmore (Ex racing driver, lent his Racing Mini to Steve McQueen) as a post event speaker (even if he professes to now be disinterested in Cars and was having an off day).
Here are some pictures..maybe a few more next year?

Thanks Darren for the suggestion, I plan to do it again.

Yep thanks for coming Lee. I keep meaning to post my pics up but the site's been up and down like a yo-yo.

Typical though, I got the Alp back yesterday, MOT all passed etc

Good though wasn't it!
