Hi guys (& girls),

Apologies for the delay with gallery photos for some of the recent events, but I've filled 98% of the webspace so I need to have a search through the folders and clear out any redundant files. Have also contacted the providers regarding an upgrade. Have also reached 99% bandwidth usage most months (a good thing I guess) so will need to address that also ASAP.

In addition I generally take pictures in 3MP JPEG format for archive purposes and need to reduce them to 640x480 for the web. This is time consuming individually in Photoshop. Does anyone know a good program for doing this as a batch file. Microsoft Picture Manager (?) and emailing the pictures to myself have been suggested so far.

Yep, in Photoshop you simply create an Action (i.e downsize then re save as required format).

Then, go to File, Automate, Batch, then select your desired preset Action.

Finally, sit back and enjoy a nice glass of wine....
