610 Got it's first polish since I purchased it almost a year ago  Come up quite well, planning to be there around 11 ish with Turbodog in convoy and new boy Rhys.

Anyone else coming? Just looked at the weather and it's sunshine and showers so we should have reasonable weather.

I plan to come...barring any automotive let downs .. I need to gaffer tape up the driver window given the showers as it has popped off the runner (the piddly grub screw on the runner has popped out I think..I know if I start trying to fix it I'll not leave by lunchtime..)..I'll be heading north m25 m1...from 8 ish ..so should be there 11am I guess.

See you there...
(Btw...There is an avantime meet up in long eaton tomorrow too ..judging by their forum...so might see some other French plastic fantastics on the road)

What a pleasant morning/early afternoon. Drove up with newish GTA owner (very special GTA as it happens but I'll leave him to tell you all about that) Rhys and completed the longest journey in the 610 so far. Must say it drives very well and kept cool throughout the 70 mile journey, even averaged just over 30 MPG 8)

Anyway I was very surprised by the turnout, even some southern softies turned up! Lee had all his wares on show and had a the kettle powered on and bacon butties (thanks to Dawn and Martin F's (?) lady friend for coooking up some belters 8) ).

Had a good catch up with various peeps and even had a blast in the Martin F Jon Viola monster, it goes very well indeed

Anyway enjoy some pics...

Got back home safely after a downpour without putting it in a ditch which is a bonus! Hopefully Dave Williams is happy with his new ish purchase, looking forward to seeing that on the road again. Thanks to Lee for organising the day, hopefully see some more people soon.

A great big thank you to all that came .
I know a lot had traveled quite a distance and I really appreciated the effort 8) I hope you all got home safely as the weather got steadily worse throughout the day bit I don't think it put any dampers on .
Thanks to Me-Dawny and Lalilta for the catering  and also Donna for the curry and cakes 8)
Hopefully it can be a regular thing and we can tie in a few road miles in the Dales the next time .

Well done Lee for putting on this event, get it on the events calendar for next year so we can keep the date free.
never thought I would want a list but now find myself needing one just to remind me: Clio V6 230, 5 gt turbo, 5 Gordini turbo, Megane RS 300 Trophy.

Nice one Lee, good day all round, and I was even tempted to buy some poiish out of the bus... Lol.. Products.. .. fortunately I was able to find something far more useful in block cleaning solvents :-). Furthermore, good to meet up with folk, chat, drink too much tea, and eat bacon cobs :-)

Cheers,
