A610 for sale.
3 previous owners. Current owner at least 13 years.
Mileage showing is 16707. There is no paperwork or history to back this up but I know the car has hardly been driven during the current ownership.
Car is a known club car that has been stored for many years following the emigration of the owner. It was believed exported but in fact stayed in the UK. The car is now being sold by the owners sons to make space.

No history / paperwork except V5 which is present and correct. Keys present. Jack plug security key present.
Starts/Runs but does not drive. Suspect clutch slave cylinder. Gears all select. Brakes seized on (rear pads will need to be removed to tow).
Engine or ancillary in engine bay area noisy. It is hard to identify the source of the noise. For example one of the rear bumper supports has fallen down and is jammed against the exhaust.
Engine bay and subframe have been colour coded / blue yellow. Photos of older restoration available.
Much cosmetic work required. Car has been repainted in liquid/pearl yellow. Originally solid yellow. Paint peeling on font bumper and some other areas.
Interior has dog hairs and drivers seat bolster has been clawed by dog.
Extensive stereo/video/alarm installation requires removal. Some trim may have been damaged as a result.
All usual rots spots have been previously welded ie sills & front floor pans. Hence sills in primer. These are not recent repairs and it is hard to assess the quality and if there has been further corrosion since they were carried out.
Vendor does not want to ebay and does not want to be besegied with tyre kicker and time wasters.

In my opinion this is not a car to buy and re-sell on for a quick profit. I believe it requires significant investment in terms of time and money and would be best suited to someone that really wants an A610 to keep for themself. In the right hands it could make a very nice car. It would be great for it to stay in the UK rather than going abroad to be broken for spares.
