Just noticed the tide mark on the sill??? Has it had new ones welded on? Could be a good thing for the new owner.

Yes, this is explained in the description, but one jacking point is still not great and this work would have been carried out a while ago.

There are also large plates welded over the inner wheelarch in the usual place.

I agree that there aren't others available but a £2.5k respray gets you to £8500 straight away then seized brakes overhaul wheels and tyres and then there's the rust issue, probably. If you do those yourself the probably another £3k without touching the interior so we're up to £11500. Up side is that if you want one then for £11500 you've got a good one that needes the interior sorting but I think the A610 Pail Sage was selling was cheaper and a lot less work.

Yes it's a TV under the bag and the tuner is the box tied on with string next to it.

Oh so tempting at the right price - to echo the other posters, something in the region of £3k would be more amenable given the expenditure required to get it looking tip top again - Lee - that would partly be a project for you were I to dare broach the topic with my wife...
She seems more settled now that my GTA runs sweetly (touch wood) but she hasn't yet been in it in the 15 months I have had it.
And yet... the A610 is tempting too as an addition to the collection - what is with Alpines that we all seem to crave!?
This is one to keep an eye on but, Stephen, it's got to be for less than that asking price range...

obviously a long term Alpine/Renault owner got fed up of missing his favourite TV shows sitting on the hard shoulder so installed a TV
