Just wondering can you remove the front suspension cradle where the steering rack is connected from my gta fairly easily, Or is this a massive job. Stuart

No,had to have a new strip welded where the servo is, to pass mot as someone had cut the lower strip off to fit the new one. plus I was thinking of changing the clutch master cylinder and it looks so tight under there I thpught it would be quicker if it was like the rear frame.

Yes that area is becoming another rust black spot for the GTA. I'm hearing about more and more cars having issues in that area. Like the A610 it's hidden unless you really start stripping trim and chipping off fibre glass.

You can still remove the Brake Servo in situe but it's a bigger to get to the mounting nuts. 9 times out of 10 one or 2 of them are seized and snap too just rub salt in the old wounds.

Clutch Master should be fairly straightforward after you have removed the under body trim.

Take the fuel tank out and all gets easier to see .It's just two nuts on the straps and a couple of fuel line jubilees .
