The Spax are slimmer and yellow

Not tested the coilovers in anger as yet .These are the new Spax but I did fit an earlier set to Rottbott's and have fitted a few GAZ kits to A610's and GTA .
How hard they have been driven I don't know and it all tends to be very subjective with setups and wheels ...I have a set of new GAZ with lowering springs here also but it's finding the time to do a back to back test and really needs a day out at a circuit to really compare the two .

Si I had the same GAZ as yours on my turbo GTA (now refurbed on Project DD). I have the Spax kit on the turbo now - although not sure what the spec is. I would say the outright performance is very similar but the damping seems better on the Spax. The best way I can describe it is the ride is better for the same level of damper setting. I find the GAZ hard to find a decent setting for - the ride is too hard or at an acceptable comfort level the handling quickly deteriorates. On circuit my experience would suggest they are much the same.
Alpines - GTA 3.0 Turbo, GTA 3.0 Inj (Project DD), GTA 6.2 V8 (500 bhp) , R32 Skyline GTR, BMW Alpina B10 635 Highline, Alpina B10 E39 5 Series, Jaguar 4.2 XKR, Laguna 205GT, BMW 120d.

Too many clicks on the GAZ and I'm not convinced the ones in between do much to finesse ......I'm told that the dampers are the same spec for GTA and 610 and that's why we have 40+ clicks .
