Alpine Clock/Display unit

I am in the market for a Clock/Display unit for the later Alpine GTA Radio not for my own Alp but for another Radio with a faulty LCD display. When asked, Mr D said that he "probably" has one but its been a year..... so I won't hold my breath any longer...... unless ?????
If anyone has one to sell, please let me know.
This pic shows the correct model.

Sorry John, I have a spare, but it's the early one. That's the nice late model unit - very nice in an 80s retro way.

Is that cruise control I see below :wtf
I'm just here for the gasoline.

No problem Darren..... hopefully one will turn up sometime.
And Yes... it is the cruise control..... works well on long journeys when you don't want to get caught speeding. ;)

It had nothing to do with Renault. At the time (1991 or thereabouts) I was caravanning, :crazy ... and it was all too easy to be on an auto route and find myself doing 60/70 mph which was not good, and in a Magazine I saw an advert for this "Lite-on AP150" cruise control.
It was a really easy fit... The Vacuum throttle Servo is fitted behind the spare wheel, plumbed into the Brake Vacuum pipe, the throttle actuator cable curls around the rear of the car and is attached to the throttle cable at a point just before where the cable meets the operating wheel (atmo), and a multicore goes from the Servo to the control unit. On the Atmo a feed is taken off the coil for engine speed pulses and there is a connection to the brake pedal switch to trip it when brakes are applied.
Thats about it..... I don't use it much these days... sometimes on the way to Macon, and I often check it out over here (40 mph :crazy ) on the longest road which is about 3 and a bit miles long... but called "The Five Mile Road".... Tourism Advertising !!!!!

Whilst giving the Alp the once over prior to the Macon Rally, I took a couple of pics of how the Cruise Control operating cable coming from the vacuum servo attaches to the existing throttle cable...... just in case anyone is interested. ;)

Note the use of an insert from a 2 amp electrical terminal strip ...... this method has also been used sucessfully to repair a throttle cable breakage on a Spider in Macon a couple of years back when the end "pip" broke off .... always travel with a strip together with cable ties .... just in case. :up
