Thanks David.
I will call him in a couple of days. Graham (GTA owner) says they are closer to him, so he wants to take it there to be checked. It will be easier and less costly for me if he calls Paul himself, like he offered to anyhow.
There is a few nice GTA's on Ebay at the moment too.

He's had big problems with his emails.
If you sent him 1 and didn't get a reply that's probably what's happened.
If you re-sent it and he didn't respond. that's unusual.

He's had to change his email (and ISP) twice in the last few years.

Thanks guys.....

Looks like he has changed his email actually. I got a 'recipent unknown' reply from the mail server this end.

I'll probably give him a call regarding a check on a GTA I am looking at.
The owner can't get to him so he will have to go to the car!!
What are rates for tilt-tray towing in the UK like. It'd be from Maidstone, Kent to where either Paul or David are??

It's a difficult job purchasing form all the way down here.
But I am still in there.

Towing, expensive unless the owner has breakdown cover or recovery membership.

I'm still happy to check out the car if no-one else can make it.
