Postby roddy21t » Wed May 07, 2014 8:35 pm

Hi all ...

Quick question that you may be able to help with ..... I may be able to get my hands on an A610 steering wheel but just need to know if it would fit the 21 Turbo splines ? .... I know some of you lads have 21t's and thought you may know ....

Thanks alot.

Heyup Roddy, how many fixing holes are under the boss on the 21 T remind me and I'll check my 610. I must admit I am wondering what benefit you are going to get though as they are not that different to be honest?

Hi Martin ...

There are 5 fixing holes on the R5GTT steering wheel that i have fitted at the moment ...

From looking at pictures the Alpine wheel looks to be a thicker / chunkier rimmed wheel than the 5GTT / 21t wheel ... is this the case or not ? ..

Only reason for maybe changing is that after being so used to driving my R26 (fitted with a Clio 200 steering wheel) which has a nice chunky wheel and now im back in my 21t the wheel seems to be skinny and weedy .. lol .. thats the only reason Martin, plus id rather stay with a Renault brand rather than going after market.

;)
