Yes I have, but I wouldn't recommend them on internally wastegated turbos with precious little cooling air - as daft as that sounds there is still excess heat to lose, and what I found was the internal wastegate pivot pin would seize in the bushings, and then free off when it cooled down - through the additional heat loading now being flowing out through the wastegate part of the housing ie everything was hotter a a result of the jacket. I was lucky, it was seizing full open, but could have equally seized when closed if it was already nipping. So I would recommend not doing it from personal experienced. But there again it may work for you, it was a high quaity turbo and fully Garrett.
