contacting stephen dell

Hi all

Have been trying without any success to contact Stephen with regards to purchasing some parts but apart from an initial acknowledgement with price of part but no other information.Have tried e mail and private message from this site but still no reply.
Can anyone advise me on how to purchase anything ,is there an e mail address or phone number .Does a really exist ?
