Postby Custard » Tue Jun 21, 2016 10:11 pm

Well the one thing I am crap at is electricary the front fans have quit. I have power to rad stat and rad stat works and I can hear the solenoid working but no fans work, is there a fuse after the solenoid. :(

I suspect a failed relay...Swap the relay over..I don't think the fan has fuse protection... according to wiring book... relay 110 in the diagram..a clicking relay does not always mean the higher current switch closes ok...
(Or test the relay. Apply 12v across pins 1 and 2 and use a digital voltmeter to check continuity across pins 3 and 5)

You said fans (plural)....do you have more than one?..(assume there's no AC?)...
If it is just the simple single fan atmo set up..and you have proven the thermal switch and relay..then it is the fan itself or a wiring issue...try applying power to the fan itself...
