I have a trolley jack, outside of the years warranty and the torsion spring which stops the handle falling on your head or the car has broken.
Onto the Clarke website, raised an enquiry, https://www.clarkeservice.co.uk/parts.shtml
within hours I was emailed back a complete parts breakdown of the trolley jack.
I asked for the cost of the specific spring, by Part Number ... ... ...
£3.75, and today paid by CC and its on its way.
That's Good Efficient service in my world. Will be buying Clarke in the future.

If you are near Leytonstone in East London, I think you can collect and pay over the counter.
For casters, I might have searched ebay or local h/w store, £28 seems a lot, but at least you know they will fit, work and job dne in jus a few minutes.
and I imagine if it was a warranty repair, it would be free, hopefully.
