Bicester Heritage Sunday Scramble 23rd April

Postby stephendell » Wed Mar 15, 2017 2:17 pm

One of the many events for Drive it Day on 23rd April.

The RAOC parts department & workshop will also be open afterwards as per last time and is approx.10-15 mins drive from Bicester Heritage.

Dear Stephen,

Thank you for registering the Renault Alpine Owners Club for the Sunday Scramble at Bicester Heritage on April 23rd 2017. Tickets are now on sale for this event via the Bicester Heritage website and I have added your club to the list of those registered.

http://bicesterheritage.co.uk/events/

Please could you advise your members that when they arrive at the booking page to select the ‘Buy Club Member Vehicle tickets’ option. Further into the process there will be the option to choose your club from a drop down menu of registered clubs. This not only enables them to purchase advance discounted tickets but allows us to see how many club vehicles to expect when planning the space for your club parking display area.

If you intend using a gazebo or flags in your club parking area please send me a copy of your public liability insurance and a risk assessment before the date of the event.

Thank you for supporting these events, we hope that your club members have an enjoyable day here in April.

Best regards

Elaine

Hi all,
Is anyone planning to attend this? I always go out 'somewhere' in my A610 on Drive it Day so will probably book to go here for the day.

Cheers, Barry.

Hi all,
Just booked mine too on line,so

1) John & Mandy - GTA Le mans
2) Tony Law - ?
3) Stephen Dell - ?
4) Barry & Lindsay - A610

This will be a round trip of about 140 miles for me...a good test after all the work carried out by John Law to my A610 in readiness for Macon!
Plus fingers crossed my air con compressor which has just been refurbished for the second time under warranty will not leak again...! I won't hold my breath! :thinking

Cheers, Barry.
