Any ideas?

It's an atmo and the picture shows it at Four Ashes Renault near Woverhampton. I shoved a couple of photos on the forum in the spotted an Alpine section. When I asked they said the car had been in a museum for the last ten years and was in for recommissioning. At the time they were waiting on carbs from Germany.
