Door rattlle

Postby simontaylor » Thu Oct 20, 2005 9:08 pm

I found this modified washer inside the drivers door.
The window, door mechanism and speaker all seem to work fine, at the moment.
Does any one know if it is from something important inside the door or not ???

It is 25mm in diameter.

Dunno Simon, but my advice is to start putting these things in a box. You'll find you get a small collection over the years as mystery nuts, washers and bolts appear

Yep if PeterG had been more patient then he could have saved himself a lot of work with the GTA weight loss programme. Leave it to time and just allow entropy to take it's course.

We could publish a scientific paper. "Entropy and the nature of GTAs - part one in the why do bits fall off things series"

So, I guess from those replies that it is not too important
If I need to keep it, does any one have a part number for clasification purposes? There is already a good collection of usefull bits in the garage, I'd hate to loose any more parts.
