A610 Clutch

Postby r5gordini » Fri Jun 15, 2018 3:37 pm

Hi All,

Is this the right clutch for the A610?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alpine-A610- ... Sw~AVYoVJp

All I ask is that if it is, you don't go buying up all the stock, now that I have let you know that this listing exists... I would like one or two (first) if they are the correct ones! I had heard that they weren't available anywhere...

For that sort of money, you might as well buy one. I paid £350 for a Renault one a few years ago.

Thanks Simon, Lee,

Why the link to the R18 Turbo one? Are they better?

No...generic pic used for listings.
It's not going to be correct. No such thing ever existed for a A610.

100% not, it's not even the GTA version.

Budget £500 for the right one.

Yeouch on the cost of a proper one!

You can get friction plates re manufactured with new friction material by MD Clutches for £125.
And they will rebuild a cover plate, just not sure how much.

Thanks! I wasn't planning to change it, just to buy a new one to keep in stock if they were cheap and available.
