I found the aftertaste put me off it......that and the trippy effect :lol:
This stuff sounds the same as lizard skin thats been around for a few years....think it was Clee (could be wrong) who posted about that. Personally I dont think you can beat good old fashioned exhaust wrap.....coats of even the cleverest paints would need to be extremely thick to equal the latest generation of wrap.

I asked about lizard skin... then I noticed the price :shock:
That's not for exhaust systems though.

This looks like a financially viable alternative to wrap, which was why I asked.

Seems like very expensive HT paint to me :roll: ......if you're going to try to get temps down you're best going for the wrap, if a jobs worth doing..... and all that..... especially in a fibreglass (which is an insulator ) bodied car which is very good at keeping heat in! spider has the same problem as engine bay get's very hot! :?

That's 'cos half the exhaust gases are being pumped in there :lol:
Still as you've only got half a system it might balance out...................

they also have Direct to substrate enamel.....Hammerite to everyone else!

The yellow one already has the manifolds wrapped, and very effective indeed. But I've heard very good things about proffessional ceramic exhaust coatings and wondered if this was really what it says.
If it really is like ceramic coating then it's nothing like HT paint. But as I've not used it I thought it wise to ask.

No rush, I'll consider it a bit longer :?
