A110 1972

Hi everyone. Looking for help to get background on an inherited A110 that has no registration or other info. Its UK number was GKM80L but DVLA have nor records they can access. When we take plate off there is a red number plate 30 56 TTA 75.
Any ideas what this is ?

Possibly a temporary plate issued in France, in Paris, Department code 75.
