PLEASE DO NOT click on the blue 'Enter promo code' text this will not recognise the club code.
To purchase passes and book to park with your club, please select the number of 'Classic or Club' passes you require then click the checkout button. This applies whatever age your vehicle is as long as it is a club appropriate vehicle. During the checkout process you will be asked to choose your club from a list and supply your club code.
It is the choice of each club how you share your club code. We will be able to update you on bookings and check the code used is the one you have issued.
Please advertise the event on your club website and encourage pre-1990 vehicle bookings, aiming for as close to 50% of those attending being pre-1990s.
Please remind your members;
• There will be no passes available to purchase on the gate
• First flight discounted passes available until 18th November, second flight until the 4th December
• Closing date to book club passes, no later than midnight Wednesday 1st January (subject to availability)
Clubs attending with 10 vehicles or more (maximum 50) may be allocated their own club parking area. If you reach your vehicle allocation you will be informed, however your members are still able to buy advance Classic or Modern general passes online (subject to availability) and will be directed to the relevant general parking areas. If the minimum number is not achieved and we are unable to provide a club parking area, we will advise you after the deadline for purchasing passes, enabling you to inform club members before the event.
Clubs are welcome to use flags and gazebos to promote themselves within their club display area. If you wish to do this, please provide a copy of your club public liability insurance and a risk assessment.
We appreciate your club supporting this event and hope that your club members have an enjoyable day here.
Best regards
Elaine
